Covid-19 Waiver

Lori's Love-to-Learn Preschool Waiver of Responsibility

I hereby allow my child to attend Lori's Love-to-Learn Preschool for the 2020-2021school year with the understanding that the Covid-19 pandemic is still present throughout the country and the Houston area. I understand that Miss Lori will take extra precautions to keep my child safe and I will not hold her responsible if my child ends up contracting the coronavirus. I understand that there are many ways this virus can be contracted and that it is a risk to send my child to preschool and I release Miss Lori and her preschool from any liability in the case that my child or family becomes sick.
